Eggs stuffed with light tuna and mayonnaise:

Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs
1 can of Hoya light tuna in olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Anchovies from Santoña Hoya for garnish
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolk and place it in a bowl.
- Add the drained tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the bowl with the yolk and mix well.
- Fill each egg half with the tuna mixture.
- Garnish with Santoña Hoya anchovies and serve cold.
Eggs stuffed with light tuna and avocado:

Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
1 can of tuna in oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro, parsley or other aromatic herbs for garnish
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolk and place it in a bowl.
- Add the chopped avocado, drained tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the bowl with the yolk and mix well.
- Fill each egg half with the tuna and avocado mixture.
- Garnish with aromatic herbs to taste and serve cold.

Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 can of Hoya light tuna in olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

- Peel and cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolk and place it in a bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, drained tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the bowl with the egg yolk and mix well.
