The project of participation of Conservas Hoya, S.A. in the “Feria de la Anchoa y la conserva de Cantabria” during April 28, 29 and 30, 2023 has been co-financed by Sodercan, S.A. through the line of subsidies “NUEVOS MERCADOS NACIONALES” with 60% of the total cost, being 2.072,83€ the amount granted, not having obtained other aids for the same purpose.
The Digital Transformation Plan developed by Conservas Hoya, S.A., executed from October 2022 to September 2023, to increase the visibility of our brand in digital channels, has been co-financed by SODERCAN, S.A. through the line of subsidies of the program “DIGITALIZATE PARA CRECER” with 58% of the total cost, being 8,875.29 € the amount granted, not having obtained other aid for the same purpose.
The project “Improvement of the means of production in the salting, semi-preserved and canned fish factory” developed by this company has been co-financed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, within the FEMPA 2021-2027 operational program, through the line of aid for investment projects in processing and marketing of products from fisheries and aquaculture, managed by the Directorate General of Fisheries and Food of the Government of Cantabria.
This project consisted of the incorporation of machinery, installations and service equipment at the plant.
Transparency Law
Article 28.6 of the Law of Cantabria 1/2018, of March 21, on Transparency of Public Activity legal entities benefiting from public subsidies or grants for an amount exceeding 10,000 euros, shall be obliged to publish the annual remuneration and compensation of the holders of the administrative or management bodies, such as president, general secretary, manager, treasurer and technical director under the terms of Article 39.6 of the aforementioned Law.
Gross Annual Management Salary: 48,000 €.
