The anchovy fair <\/strong>is coming to Santo\u00f1a <\/strong>and we will be delighted to see you there. Would you like to visit us?<\/p>\n\n

The Anchovy Fair <\/strong>has been held in Santo\u00f1a since 1999. It is an event that allows local producers, like us, to showcase their products. Through the Anchovy Fair we try to make known our traditions and strengthen this sector so important for the gastronomy of Cantabria. <\/p>\n\n

For the anchovy fair of 2023<\/strong>, we have some surprises prepared… and we would love you to visit us and get to know one of the oldest traditions of our land.<\/p>\n\n
