{"id":9956,"date":"2022-11-14T20:51:27","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T20:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conservashoya.com\/tempura-of-pickled-mussels-in-marinade\/"},"modified":"2023-09-20T13:58:43","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T13:58:43","slug":"tempura-of-pickled-mussels-in-marinade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conservashoya.com\/en\/tempura-of-pickled-mussels-in-marinade\/","title":{"rendered":"Tempura of pickled mussels in marinade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 can of canned Hoya Mussels in pickled sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corn flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wheat flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yeast powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very cold water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ELABORATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start by opening the can of Hoya pickled mussels, drain the marinade in a container and reserve it for later.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation of the tempura: mix the two types of flour with the yeast, add part of the liquid from the marinade and gradually add cold water until a paste is obtained with which the mussels will be coated.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat the olive oil at 180 \u00baC and fry the battered mussels little by little (it is recommended not to fry a large quantity at a time).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with a pinch of soy sauce (to taste).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The only thing left to do is to serve it on the plate, placing on the base a line of soy mayonnaise and on top the mussels in pickled tempura.
